Actor and singer David Cassidy reached a settlement on July 5, 2012 with his mortgage lender by turning over his condominium in Fort Lauderdale, Fl. The settlement ended a two-year dispute over a predatory lending situation over the Las Olas River House luxury condo unit, which had a purchase price of $1.3 million, Jeff Harrington, his attorney, told ABC News. The $1.2 million owed for the property will be waived as Cassidy transfers the property to the lender.
