The 4-acre Long Island home of Peter Madoff, brother of Bernie Madoff, has been listed for $4.495 million by the U.S. Marshals Service. Last year, Madoff pled guilty to falsifying documents and lying to regulators as part of his brother's Ponzi scheme. The 5-bed estate in Old Westbury, N.Y. was first listed in 2011 for $6.495 million. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and his assets are sold to pay back investors. His home in Manhattan sold for $4.6 million this past winter and the sale of his Palm Beach property closed in 2011.
