A new study...on the relationship between smart phones and grades for college students. ABC News reports how often are college kids on their phones could be related...to their grades. Researchers at Kent State University randomly chose 500 university students...asking about their cell phone use. On average, the students were on their phones five hours a day...those who were on theirs *less* than that had an average GPA of 3.2 on a four-point scale. Those on *more* than that had an average GPA of 2.8. Those students also felt more anxious, less happy, and more worried they were missing out on something when they weren't on their phones.
