ABC News reports researchers at the National Sleep Foundation found over a third of families blame evening activities like homework and TV for pushing back their children's bedtime. Dr. Jyoti Krishna treats pediatric sleep disorders at the Cleveland Clinic and says parents need to make sleep a priority. Kids between 6 and 10 years old need to get at least 10 to 11 hours of sleep every night... And many are not.
