Indiana Attorney General Greg Zoeller has been appointed to the Board of Directors of a national health organization dedicated to ending tobacco use in the US. Zoeller says its an honor to serve on the Board of the American Legacy Foundation, which was established out of the landmark 1998 settlement agreement between tobacco companies and 46 states and five US territories, which resulted in the companies paying billions of dollars and putting strong limitations on the tactics tobacco companies use to advertise and market their products to young people.
