An 18-year-old Illinois man believed to have gone missing in the West Beach area of the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore in Portage Sunday afternoon has been found safe, according to the National Park Service.  A news release issued this morning said the man was found uninjured and arrangements are being made to return him to his family, and that no additional information was available.
