Dyer Police report the suspect wanted in the TCF Bank branch robbery, inside the Jewel-Osco store Tuesday, at U.S. 30 and Calumet Avenue, may possibly be involved in other bank robberies around Chicago. The Times reports a surveillance photo was released Wednesday of the suspect, a black male who at the time of the incident had a mustache, and was wearing a black jacket and black hat. Published reports say a dye pack was included in the bag of money handed over to the suspect, which exploded, and that most of the money was recovered. The Times reports the suspect fled, along with another man described as stocky, about five-feet nine-inches tall, who looked to be about 30 years old. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to contact Dyer Police.
