A lawsuit was filed today by an Indianapolis attorney accusing the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles of overcharging state residents. According to the article in the Indianapolis Star, Attorney Irwin B. Levin asked the Marion Superior Court to give the suit “class-action status”, so the alleged overcharges can be returned to those who paid for a driver's license over the last six-years.
