Mike’s radio and TV career goes as far back as 1973 in Miami where started at WIGL-FM and then later WLVE-FM and WMXJ-FM. He was a Director at WKID-TV and later a Director/Producer at WTVJ-FM where he won an Emmy Award for Directing, and then 13-years at the Telemundo Network in Miami. Mike then moved to Denver where he worked mid-days at KRWZ AM/FM before joining Dial-Global Radio Network.

My deep passion for music started as a teenager while playing bass guitar in garage bands in the San Francisco Bay area where I was born. My best friend is my wife, Janet, and our four-legged pals, Riley, Clara and Hobbes.  When I’m not having fun playing the greatest hits of all time I enjoy reading historical biographies, Italian cooking, any hot rod or car show I can find, and throwing the ball for Hobbes, my golden retriever.

Time flies when you’re having fun and radio is all I’ve...done.  My favorite movie is Clint Eastwood and Morgan Freeman in “Unforgiven,” they’re the best! I also like “Saving Private Ryan” and I’ll be so happy when all of our troops are home.  I was in the USAF for 4 years, great experience.   I love a good cup of coffee with toast and jelly, and I write and read just about every day.  Still enjoy watching a high school baseball game.  I have a great wife and kids and a good dog.  Are there any bad dogs?

For me it’s all about music, my greatest passion.  I have collected music since I was 6 years old and studied it as well. I love to play the guitar, especially with other musicians. I have been married to my beautiful bride, Regina, for 29 years.   When I’m not on the radio, I work with the Fire Department because I believe helping others is the most important thing I can do with my life. I also like to read books as often as I can get my hands on them.

Hi, I’m Dave, your AM host and proprietor of Dave’s Diner every Friday morning! My wife Debby and I have been married for over 37 years. We love listening to music live or recorded.  We’re very proud of all our children, especially our son Jacob, an accomplished jazz musician (Baritone Sax) in New York City. We also like to travel, bike, hike, and spend time with our grandchildren, five of `em! I am on Facebook and love hearing from listeners.
