The  Oregon man who confessed  to robbing a bank, turning himself in within three minutes of committing the crime, pleaded guilty Monday for the April 6 crime.   Raymond Carl Knduson, 50,  could face up to 20 years in prison. He’s scheduled to be sentenced  Sept. 10....
