Reporting Public Corruption

An investigation conducted by the Northern District of Indiana's Public Corruption Task Force resulted in public officials being indicted for alleged tax fraud, theft and other charges.  U.S. Attorney David Capp announced indictments against six individuals in Federal Court in Hammond on Thursday.  Capp also urged citizens who suspect public corruption to be occurring to come forward and report it to the FBI's Public Corruption Task Force in Merrillville.
