Authorities have identified the victims in Wednesday's plane crash in Gary. Lake County Coroner Merrilee Frey says 45 year old Vincent Vaccarello and 48 year old Patsy Crisafi, both of Saint Augustine, Florida, were identified through dental records provided by family members. According to the FAA, the plane was coming from Smyrna, Tennessee, and crashed around 11:30, in a wooded area south of the airport, behind the Gary Lighthouse Charter School, near 7^th and Clark Road. Frey says one investigator working the scene was hospitalized due to dehydration and heat exhaustion caused from wearing the HAZMAT suits that were required, on Wednesday, but that upon release, was back on the scene the following morning.
