The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention says there are now 38 cases of fungal meningitis in Indiana linked to a steroid used in back and joint pain injections. State health officials say there have been two deaths. The CDC says the steroid was produced by a compounding pharmacy in Massachusetts which has recalled the product.
