A valve leak is causing some traffic issues in Valparaiso. NIPSCO reports some meter upgrade work was taking place on Franklin Street, between Jefferson and Lincolnway, when crews noticed the valve leak while moving meters. NIPSCO says the necessary repairs are taking place, with the bulk of the work completed, and they estimate that cleanup and the road closure should be lifted by 5:30 today.
