A 35 year old Valparaiso man pleaded not guilty Friday on two-felony counts of attempted child molesting. The Times reports Wayne Han II allegedly held a handgun to the head of a 13 year old girl, during the early morning hours of November 29th, and demanded sexual acts. Published reports say Han was staying with the girl's mother at the time of the incident, and if convicted faces up to 20 to 50 years in prison. A temporary cash bond of 50-thousand dollars was set, and a trial was reportedly scheduled for May 6th.
