Some college students in northwest Indiana have an opportunity to help others with those old, gently-used college textbooks. Goodwill Industries of Michiana has announced new Book Donation Boxes have gone in at some new locations. Debie Coble, Vice President of Workforce Development Services and Public Relations for Goodwill Industries of Michiana, says it's an “opportunity to remind everyone that donating to Goodwill is one of the best ways to recycle their used books. It also offers a second chance for those in our community who need help finding and keeping a job”. The new containers were installed at four Ivy Tech Northwest Campuses – Gary, Valparaiso, East Chicago and Michigan City.
