Nwi-dot-com today reports sales figures released by the Northwest Indiana Association of Realtors show single-family existing home sales went up nearly thirty-percent in the Region last month, compared to last year.
ABC News reports sales of existing homes climbed nearly six percent last month, the fastest pace in three years. Nationwide the median price for an existing home was $180,600, up ten percent from a year ago.
