News Release: Carmel, IN - [Dec 27 2012] Governor-elect Mike Pence and incoming First Lady Karen Pence are inviting Hoosiers to register online for upcoming inaugural events.

"We're thrilled at the enthusiasm Hoosiers are showing for the inaugural events through online registration," said incoming First Lady Karen Pence.  "With the largest hotel ballroom in the Midwest, we look forward to welcoming as many people as possible."

Hoosiers interested in attending any of the inaugural events below are asked to register at www.indianaworks.eventbrite.com. Tickets are still available on a first-come, first-serve basis for the Inaugural Ball Dinner & Dance through Jan. 4.

Saturday, January 12:

11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. EST - Family Fun Day
Free, Open to the public, Registration is required

7:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST - Inaugural Ball Dinner & Dance
Black Tie Optional, General Attendance for the Inaugural Ball: $150/couple, $75/individual, Registration is required

Sunday, January 13:

1:30 p.m. EST - Inaugural Praise & Worship Service
Free, Open to the public, Registration is required

Monday, January 14:

11:00 a.m. EST - Inauguration Ceremony
Free, Open to the public, Registration is required
Indiana Statehouse, 200 West Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204

Attendees of all inaugural events are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items, which will be donated to the Midwest Food Bank.
